Head High is a Derby-based mental organisation that was founded in 2017. Head High works to raise awareness and break the stigma around mental health. They offer a chat club in Derby as well as a nighttime café to offer a safe space in Derby City Centre on a Friday and Saturday night. They also run a free community meal and a free supper club monthly in order to help combat loneliness in the city.
The organisation also offer free mental health awareness sessions to schools and businesses and their annual Fundamental music event which is a free fun day out for all with live music, sports, and activities to join in order to raise mental health awareness and showcase all the great support services Derby has to offer.
