Tree of Light

Escape the hustle and bustle this Christmas and visit Derby’s beautiful Tree of Light, inside the tranquil setting of Derby Cathedral from Wednesday 6th December – Friday 5th January. A place for everyone to come together for reflection, sanctuary and light throughout the festive period.

During your visit, join us in spreading the glow of love and kindness by writing a message to be displayed on the Tree of Light. This could be a message remembering a loved one, a Christmas greeting or a prayer.

There is a suggested donation of £3 for a message. Donations will go towards the work and care of Derby Cathedral, keeping the doors open for welcome and warmth.
