Derby City Council is consulting on its draft Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy.

The new strategy has been informed by a full review of homelessness and existing services. It includes a new Rough Sleeping Strategy and new action plans.

The review has also considered relevant information from a wide range of services, including Public Health, Social Care, voluntary and community organisations and housing partners.

The new strategy responds to the three main priorities identified by Derby City Council’s review work. These are: preventing homelessness, supplying sufficient accommodation and supporting homeless households or those at risk of becoming homeless.

This consultation is open to everyone who lives, works or studies in Derby and wants to take part.

You can take part by reading the draft Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy and Action Plans and by completing the online survey.
