Calling all daredevils and those with a head for heights… we’re excited to announce that our Derby Cathedral Abseil is returning in 2022, with a NEW DATE!
This adrenaline-fuelled challenge will give you the chance to climb the 189 steps to the top of one of Derby’s iconic landmarks, the Cathedral Tower. Once you’ve reached the summit our trained team will harness you up, before you climb over the edge and begin your 212ft abseil back down. As you reach the top of the Cathedral tower, take in the breath-taking views of Derby and don’t forget to smile for the camera on your way down.

How to sign up?
With abseiling slots available between 8.30am and 5.30pm, taking part in our Derby Cathedral Abseil couldn’t be easier. Simply hit the “Book Now” button, follow the steps, select your preferred time slot and pay your £20 registration fee, which helps support our vital work in Derby and across the East Midlands.
