A scheme to build 258 apartments at Castleward has been granted planning permission by Derby City Council.
Phase one of the scheme will see 94 apartments built on the corner of John Street and Castleward Boulevard, whilst the second phase will include 164 apartments in a five and seven storey building on the adjacent site which is currently a car park.
