Foraging with Mycosia

23/09/2023, 10am - 1pm Electric Daisy, 1 Bold Lane

Join us at Electric Daisy for a family friendly nature foraging walk at Darley park.

We will be foraging and learning about the edible wild plants and mushrooms that are growing this season, we will also be learning about nature and our role within it. We will take a walk along the river to see what delicious delights we can find and sample.

You will also be able to take all your foraged goodies home with you and/or purchase a pizza at half price – topped with either mushrooms and plants from your walk or mushrooms from the Mycosia grow room.

***

  • Do check the weather before you head out to make sure you are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for a wild walk and don’t forget to bring a notepad and camera to help record what you learn. You might also want to bring some tupperware or a bag to take all your foraged goodies home with you!
  • You will be contacted should we need to cancel the session and move it to another date if we are experiencing bad weather conditions.
