Every single day, humans interact with the world, from the tables we sit at to eat breakfast and the cars we drive, to the computer systems we use at work and the websites we visit. But, in such fast-paced modern life, how does it all work?
Ergonomics, or Human Factors, is a design approach which explores how people interact with the systems, products, and environments around them. From sports clothing and medication packaging to road signs and factory designs, Think Human brings together people, products, places, and procedures in a world that is designed to be both safe and productive, comfortable and enjoyable.
Explore how Ergonomics helped Britain win Olympic gold medals, how it helps us navigate railway stations, and how it helps to deliver the latest cancer treatment. Meet the people behind the products and hear how Human Factors might be a career for you.
