Rothera Bray expands service offering in Derby with new appointments

Rothera Bray Solicitors, which has an office located on Amen Alley as well as offices across Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, has recently welcomed several new recruits to its Derby office, expanding its service offering in the city.

The firm recently welcomed Senior Associate Solicitor Carly Harwood and Associate Amy Goodwin to its Wills and Probate team. Carly can advise clients on all aspects of private client law including creating wills, estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, the creation and administration of trusts and Court of Protection. Amy can assist clients with creating and updating wills, estate administration and drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and is a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, formerly known as Solicitors For the Elderly.

Rothera Bray has also grown its Personal Injury and Medical Negligence team at Derby with the appointments of Senior Associate Solicitor Claire Cooper and Clinical Negligence Executive Lisa Goulding. Claire specialises in brain injury claims, birth injuries to mother and baby, group actions, misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis, product liability, inquests and fatal claims. Lisa has experience working in a variety of clinical negligence matters including group action claims and protocols, gynaecology claims, cancer claims, brain injury claims, fatal claims and inquests.
